Joy Sweeting has been cooking since she was a child, helping around the house. During her time studying in Canada, she worked in various restaurants and while at a restaurant called The Commissary, she wrote a cookbook called "The Commissary Book of Edible Gifts and Party Foods". This was a food guide for the patrons in the area. We are pleased to have Joy cooking with us again this season.

Ingredients

3 cloves garlic
sea salt

1/2 purple onion
lemon zest
3 tsp. mustard
fresh cracked black pepper
1/4 cup cider vinegar
juice of 2 lemons
1/2 cup olive oil
shrimp
lemon-pepper seasoning
1 box Muller’s Rotini Twists
(made in America)
pickled pepper rings
cherry tomatoes
olives
feta cheese
marinated artichokes
walnuts
brown sugar
juice of 1 orange
salt & pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp. oil
mint
